Mitchell Turns 3

Mitchell's birthday fell on Labor day this year. Which worked out great having everyone already home. We had a fun filled family day together celebrating.
We started the day with a yummy breakfast made by dad; chocolate waffles with strawberries on top, sausage, eggs, and hashbrowns.

Then we headed to Thanksgiving Point to the Dinosaur Museum to look around and watch the Dinosaur 3-D movie on their IMAX screen.

After the museum we went to lunch at Chilis and headed to Toys R Us where he picked out a dinosaur with Grandma and Grandpa Cannon's money.

Since we had birthday cake with family the night before we decided Baskin Robbins would be a good place to get a birthday treat.

As you can see he is thoroughly enjoying it. Before long though he was not happy about the icing he had all over his hands. We had to head to the bathroom a couple of times to clean off the mess.

Happy Birthday Mitchell! We love you and are so glad you are part of our family!

I always coveted those ice cream cones decorated like clowns at Baskin Robbin's - they were only for rich kids.
