When Seth got home from work tonight he asked if I wanted to go out for dinner. It was kind of late and we were tired from our day at the zoo, so I said ask the boys if they are even hungry. A few minutes later Parker came in with a big grin and said, "guess what mom? Dad is taking me to a restaraunt!" (He recently informed us this is one of his favorite things to do.) Then he got this thoughtful look on his face and asked, "dad, do you think mom could go with us?" Seth and I just looked at each other and laughed as he told him yes. To which Parker exclaimed, "oh good! Because I would be so sad if mom didn't get to come."
