Scatterbrained and a Little Crazy

I started the day off a little scatterbrained. Yesterday was a little more crazy than normal and I didn't quite get organized, mind and all, like I normally do. I love my planner. I probably should have referred to it this morning. Anyways, enough about that.
Yesterday I took Mitchell for his two year checkup. No shots except both of the boys got flu shots. Parker actually did the new sniff method. He started to get anxiety about Mitchell getting shots, so I was grateful to avoid making him get a shot. What a great idea. So hopefully we can avoid most of the flu yuck this season. Mitchell weighs 26.24 lbs. and is 33.46 inches tall. Dr. Connover said he is just a little guy, but a healthy one. That's okay with me.
I talked to Parker's teacher, Ms. Jeri, yesterday. She said he is doing great in class and adjusting well to preschool. On Thursday they are taking a field trip to the pumpkin patch and he can hardly wait to "pick the perfect pumpkin".
We took the boys last Saturday to the pumpkin patch out this way. It was a blast. They have it set up really cute with a kids corn maze and tractors lined up for the kids to sit on. Then we ended the night at Wingers for dinner. The weather has been so nice and all the leaves are changing colors. Hopefully fall will last a little while longer. It is one of my favorite times of the year.
