Worries of a Mother

So mom and dad came over for dinner and we got visiting about kindergarten. I was telling them about some of the stresses and worries I have had with Parker over the past week. Mom started telling me that when I was in kindergarten she thought I was going to fail. I started to laugh....I don't remember any of this. She said I couldn't tie my shoes, but the biggest problem was they worked and worked with me trying to teach me how to count to 20. She said, "I thought you would never get it and I felt like I had completely failed as a mother." Kinda funny. So I am glad I am not the only mom who stresses over the little things that seem silly when you look back on them.
